hello I’m Kelly I’m Julie and today we’re going to talk about facial fitness facial fitness facial exercises yeah little success so a long time ago I bought a book and I hadn’t been very good about doing it I’m on the book for 11 years whoever does consistently know I did do the exercises maybe giving thanks just only 50 for a few days yeah and I didn’t really have the motivation and I thought what better motivations and to have some accountability and do if you and Kelly’s really good at exercising and just really pushing himself so I thought he would be really good at pushing me time to to more special exercises with the book I purchased a long time ago is Patricia Goro a facial fitness you have 12 exercises 12 basic exercises 5 advanced exercises we have a few facial massage exercises or massages like 11 or sighs so our plan is to do this for 2 months at least and report back and if it actually learnt the word sandwich some source disappear its water center that’s something else to me to see it on video hopefully we can see a difference just in you know to the book comes with a DVD we did find the DVD on as well so if you’re interested you can search it but we’ll leave the name of the book in the description you can search that same mode so a few of the benefits are not going to redo them all it’s supposed to help with TMJ which I actually have issues with so it will be great to know if that really has supposed to work Bell’s palsy is supposed to make your face and skin like my mother’s youthful and rejuvenated and become less wrinkled we help the underlying structure of your face the whole idea is that you’re working out the muscles those muscles are getting oxygenated blood and the oxygenated blood helps it to plump up and wrinkles going clear and radiant complexion by helping to release toxins from the skin and increase circulation a longer neck appearance is from better posture and uplifted eyes by strengthening the muscles above the eyes just a lot of different firming lifting benefits an example of what we are going to be doing is the forehead lift all right that’s all you off your hairline I don’t know where that stirs so trying to read it place the index fingers along the hairline while pushing up the index fingers pushing down with the eyebrows hold down for 10 seconds repeat 3 times each time for the count of 10 so that helped diminish the horizontal lines of the forehead which is great kids I do have this as you can see there’s a Mazal lab you’ll line diminisher and this is designed to help diminish the lines on either side of the mouth referred to as the nasal labial lines or marionette line so it’s open your mouth wide making your face very long with your mouth open slowly say oh oh oh oh by vocalizing this world using the muscles around in the mouth of a rack or relaxed thereby strengthening the surrounding muscles what’s wrong with this he’s going to do so those are just a couple of exercises out of the twelve and we were practicing them a little bit last night and you can tell that they do I mean it’s an exercise userid or not necessarily so every the filter your face is going to work like your muscles been as you’ve been some beer company or something comes in your face so anyway we’ll give it a try for a couple of months and let you know how it works or I guess you’ll be able to see how it works so thanks for watching thank you and Oh ..
