1-Swimming
One of the best full body workouts, swimming is a great sport that can
contribute to a taller height. Swimming tends to elongate your muscles
and if you start at an early age, it will help you reach adequate height.
However, you need to swim at least 2 hours daily for 4 to 5 days a week
to reap the benefits.
2-Hanging Exercises
Hanging from a horizontal bar with your arms stretched out overhead is an
effective routine that can instigate an increase in height. To perform
hanging exercises properly, stay in the same position for about 10 seconds
before breaking off and repeat this several times.
3-Skipping Rope or Rope Jumping
Rope jumping is not just a fun game for kids, but also a great exercise for
gaining height. When jumping rope, your body remains erect while stretching
the back and spine. Constant bending at the knees causes calves to expand
vertically. These physical movements work together to add bone mass in lower
legs, which help in gaining a few inches
4-Spot Jump
Spot jumping is the easy exercise to increase your height without any effort-able working
Keep your legs close and stand on your toe. Now, start jumping with your hand straight up in
the air for at least 2 minutes. Jump in upward direction with straight hands in the air
Continuous this process for several times after one minute rest
5-Straight Leg-up Exercise
Leg ups are definitely in the top 10 exercises for height increase. They are simple and very easy.
Lie down on your back. Slowly lift your legs up together. Raise them straight in the air.
Gradually take them back downwards near the ground, keeping them few inches above the floor.
Again rise them up in the straight vertical 90 degrees with the floor and bring them back just
above the ground. Start with 7-8 repetitions a day.
