hey it’s Linda well hello there in this video I will like to talk about more information on how to look younger and um preserve your youth and I’m yeah that’s the big topic with some side topic so how you preserve your youth I already talked about it in an earlier video about how I look like more than a decade in a decade and a half younger than my age you know so and I talked about you know keeping a positive attitude and I just want to add something about the positive attitude is that you just have to have a good impression of everything because one example is when people look at studies show when people look at older aging as a positive thing they actually live longer than the people who have a negative view of aging you know uh 7.6 yourse longer they’re almost like eight years longer they live in average of eight years longer than people who have negative you about aging so what that means is you have to look at aging you have to look at elderly people and you have to think of them as likewise useful productive cute with rich experience just all positive words about that we can think you know they’re really tranquil people they’re really peaceful people you know that have a positive attitude about everything and studies do show that the more people age the happier they are compared to men life and I have a hunch that maybe people in midlife are not happy because they think they’re gonna get old you know it’s one possibility it just don’t quote me but that’s my hypothesis so that’s one example of a passive view you should adopt yeah have you apply this to your life and next time you look at an early person the impulsive traits don’t go like Oh wrinkles you know Oh aging and being you know dysfunctional but there are so many people out there who are like 90 years old and they just they can run like crazy you know and they can drive marathons in that old age if they’re out there and there are people there’s this one lady in the a hundred a few hundred years ago that look like she was 30 when she was 70 and I talked about the massage I do every day to look like that she you know tell people about she she did this sort like both hands you know that she’s at this high first you rub your hands together though there are warm 20 times and then you do this 50 times and you do this 50 times that’s a massage he does and who knows you know it probably helps the circulation that’s what she claimed to be the secret to her looking 30 at cemani and another example of looking at things positive is narcissus you know if you are bothered or fully by narcissists I mean there are so many videos on about how to deal with narcissus and I am met the instructions they tell you to do and the words they tell you to say and how they tell you to react in your behavior towards narcissus actually were you know and helping because they figured narcissus out but there’s just one thing missing you have to think about it you know you can’t just take everything in our face value have to critically think and there’s one thing missing the main thing is the attitude for narcissus because these videos describe narcissus so bad you know so so bad and what if if you have a positive view of everything like how you have a possible you of elderly person elderly people aging what if you have a positive attitude everything then you will live longer and longer like so these Sushil pasa people live longer so what if you don’t feel victimized by the nurses you know if what if you don’t see them as all bad people what if you want to and you choose to believe in the good of everyone and you think you know for example if I am if I am ignoring a narcissus when they’re trying to you know provoke me to make me angry because what it’s what they like because you need to reframe it in another way now maybe it’s because they want to get a reaction out of you because they won’t love and then they think that’s the only way they’re gonna get love which attention you know reaction by provoking you because maybe you’re not giving them in the reaction that’s one possibility and another thing is when you ignore them it’s gonna make them angry it’s because they don’t like to be ignored they’re gonna be really really angry but what if your point is not to make them angry what if by making them angry they’re eventually gonna learn you know because they’re gonna be a little stressed out and the book the upside of stress by Kelly Mc. Connell says that stress makes your brain learn and grow you’re gonna grow new neurons and you’re gonna learn from the experience so what if your your your motive for ignoring them is to make them grow and learn this new social tactic or social experience you know they’re hanging around you it’s a good thing you know they learn the lesson and they say how you treat narcissus is also say you know that’s nothing mm hmm hmm good for you you can say that but just try to keep a warm happy attitude towards it so that’s the first point the first point is to have a positive attitude and research says positive attitude makes you live longer and that’s probably why I don’t age because one thing I do is I like to have a good attitude about everything so one thing you need to do is to like everything you know you must be certain people or certain smells or certain food or certain cultures certain behaviors other people do that make you a little bit annoyed or just dislike them for some reason you know and what if you’re not disgusted by them what if you see a through and like everything that’s gonna help you so much it’s even gonna help your karma do you like everything when you don’t like something that we have a bath thought about it even the roll of your eyes in a bad attitude it’s gonna come back to you in karma so that’s that and the second thing that I do to preserve my youth I actually didn’t notice I was doing it so I didn’t tell you about it earlier so I wanted to make this video to add in this second detail and it’s the fact that I want to learn constantly I’m just really curious I want to question everything I want to watch educational videos and read educational blogs psychology email emails that people send experts send me I wanna learn constant I’m gonna learn every day and by learning you studies show that you make your neurons grow new neurons and make all your unsophisticated by learning new things like learning a new language learning a new skill learning something new learning new facts every day can make you have a good neuron system and another study I wanna mention is that drivers in England you know there’s this black cab or something something about like a Queens cab or blackout like these people these drivers of the Black Caps that are really expensive these drivers have to take tests and memorize the entire roadway system of the area and some people have to pass tests like 13 times and one interesting thing that stands out is the fact that these people after these drivers retire there are hippocampus their memory system the papal campus area of their brain spelled Hipps II AM PU as the hippocampus of their brain decrease in size and that’s bad we we have a good hippocampus you’re gonna be able to live longer because you have great new cells and these hippocampus is gonna just make you function better you know and keep your brain because you need a fit brain sorry sure you need a healthy brain a fit brain that still preserved in size because our brain decreased by an average mass of point four percent per year that’s how much you decrease in brain size we need to preserve that and you can actually grow new brain cells by eating less of course not like to the point you die but eating less which is gonna increase our B D and F the brain derived yo tropic factor which makes new brings us grow or broseph esta kated so one way is to eat less now the way is to learn keep learning new things every day to stimulate your brain that’s why you should give a lot of poise to young children because they need that stimulation and they’re gonna grow smarter if you give them a lot of toys because you’re not gonna make them spoiled if you give them a lot of toys also for for babies I’m taking care of a man I’ve read about a studies concerning how to treat babies if you don’t hold them that’s gonna be really really bad they’re gonna come grow up with the consequences long term from babies at least from the ages of 0 months to 6 months you need to pick them up right away when they cry they can’t learn we are trying to teach them it don’t know that you’re trying to make them not cry they don’t know that they have a really weak and vulnerable and sensitive need for comfort and attending to their needs they don’t they don’t babies that small can’t learn what you’re trying to teach them you have to hold them right away I’ve seen a baby that I babysat where she wasn’t how were taking care of right away after she cries because they they think oh she’s gonna be spoiled if I don’t if I pick them up if I pick her up so she acts a little abnormally right now like from from the age of 8 month when I was taking care of her up to like right now two and a half years she’s acting a tiny bit weird when you try to hold her hand or play with her she can’t like snatch it back like that’s not a normal baby behavior baby he’s supposed to like playing well you give her a toy she just doesn’t like to play with a toy like 80 the time she doesn’t want to play with the toy you give her she snatches her hand back she has a little bit abnormal emotional response to people and her family didn’t want to pick her up you know the elderly person in the family believe that it’s gonna hurt her and spoil her so make sure next time you have a pet or a baby make sure or a new life experience make sure you read about it beforehand and do extensive research so if you want to be a parent make sure you read up on all the psychology research and material books out there and on you know blocks and studies so that you can be a good parent because so you show that parents you like psychology are the best sort of parents so this includes studying interpersonal relationships even in real life you know if want to experience a radio show or an experience some sort of communication and study that person that’s a way to study psychology too so you got to be interested psychologists like you just got to be a psychologist you know it’d be interested in psychology so that’s that so anyway back to the topic I was talking about brain stimulation you gotta stimulate your brain maybe there can’t be a time when you get fewer thoughts in your brain but maybe just rest for like five minutes half an hour but usually in the most of the time you should be occupying your brain and if you can’t if you’re too lazy to do that know that extra verse can be lazy and bored if you’re gonna be a little bit more introverted and research how to be more introverted Ally’s half way introverted you’re gonna be able to be a little bit more protective and you know one way to increase your self control so that you can have the self control to read or whatever and stop binging is to walk three hours a day and just exercise you know something exercise every day and meditation slow breathing every day for like 2.5 hours listen to something you know when you meditate like something interesting and think about having closed the session when at the end you know maybe the energy is going from your hand through your navel and turning the light is turning so and beyond a couple times because yawning gives out you know the energy like old energy so and it has a lot of other effects like yawning makes you more relaxed like if you’re in a find a new yawn you’re not gonna have a fight and I’m not gonna keep the fight going because which angry person what yawn you know what I mean so anyways the second thing about keeping preserving our youth is to learn learn learn learn learn learn learn learn learn learn learn because your hippo can’t you know another study said that people who bench you know or have a eating disorder and they eat irregularly and become fat as a result these people have broken like harmed like hurted hippocampus area and the hippocampus controls your memory if you can’t have a good hippocampus you’re in the dress you know you didn’t even want you to increase understand what with pimple campuses to think possibly over the long term like right here you know another way is to walk like three hours a day if you’re walking slow or moderate place like I am you know you’re walking like this three hours a day and doesn’t matter hasser muscles like if you have sore muscles like you all right just keep going and you’re not do other exercises if you have hip hurting you can do other exercise like you know bend your hip multiple times to stretch out your waist you know if it’s hurting right here you know pen here and here up attack your pet it will be actually in the end if you like been this way repetitively like 50 times this way this way this way this way this way this way that’s like all the directions of the compass you know if you bend like that repetitively you’re gonna get strong muscles like you’re gonna exercise the areas of your legs your thighs your hips your butt like that’s how much stretched out your hips so when you walk it won’t hurt anymore because you maybe you’ve been walking for more than a year and it hurts so if you stretch it out it won’t hurt again if you walk just do different kinds of creative exercises like you can like make your you know put your feet flat on the floor and that make a pointy toe you know like keep doing that repetitively that’s one exercise you exercise another area of your muscles you can do a variety of creative exercises so don’t forget to have that child’s heart you have to love imagination creativity and maybe a venturi you don’t just have a child’s heart and you’ll look younger just be in a setting like a child and think like a child and you know be happy like a child and you’re gonna actually um Happiness Casas loneliness if you wanna be happy curiosity if he’s loneliness you wanna be curious be curious constantly study something you love so that’s the second point about the brain stimulation I just really really wanted to tell you that because I feel like it’s really important for you to know and yeah so that’s my pointers for how to keep your youth think positively keep moving like things that are good for your brain you know are good for your body and make you look younger like me for example meet Kostas alzhiemer’s like they make you have amyloid plaques and your brain so you know like keep walking walking helps with the brain and the hippocampus make your brain large and you know the drivers I was talking about the black cab drivers in England they they actually have sophisticated hippocampus like their brain areas are so large in the hippocampus can you imagine the self control they have and food because their hippocampus seems really sophisticated if you have a sophisticated level campus problem being busy and working complicated you know things and walking and keeping positive and learning new things if you keep doing that can you imagine the self control you would have over bending you know because binging comes from you know obesity comes from hippocampus that’s harm like it it look like it’s flawed so that’s that the other thing is fatness like if you have fat in your stomach if you have too much fat in your stomach you have equi Springs ice and the bat hippocampus and decrease prey so make sure you lose that belly fat it’s like one thing leads to the other and the other leads back to the itself so they’re interchangeable results you know they they lead to each other like a fit body leads to good brain health and the good hippocampus is super good behavior so that is ah so you know what planky is like banking helps decrease value fad or increase the muscles in there you know so your belly will look good don’t be afraid of muscles like more girls can’t get like both muscles if you have good muscles it’s gonna make you look like three sizes smaller if you have muscles instead of fast so try to strengthen your muscles and you know your back do exercises for your back because their first lauching will have scoliosis that’s a back problem and though you know bending over exercise is good for your back and one another thing is you know do this both hands you do this repetitively this or different highs you know like those those different heights and you know do this like your hand both hands at the bar behind you and you know do this this this you know there’s a variety and you can stand and keep totally no one that’s gonna exercise for a cast I mean you’re like leg look good because mental men like that good calf muscles you know like just a little bit you don’t fit in this and for sure for your body if you don’t know much about it you know just like with God don’t know much about God how would you appreciate God you know you can’t know God on this oh you can’t you know you need to read about a and I’ll find out about it get exposed to spirituality and amazing people who use scars power and preachers and whatever like B you need that exposure to be grateful for God be around people who seem like they’re successful in some way it doesn’t have to be someone who’s boring in you but like it’s just somebody you know what I mean I hope this video helped and have a good and the last one more pound than other people who didn’t eat prunes like fifteen films or more per day but I bet if you eat veggies what do you think so and another study you said if you eat take vitamin D supplements for a year you’re gonna lose that belly fat you’re gonna lose that weight so take your vitamin D supplements you know I prefer but we get my time in D supplements about online and I take like 50,000 IU I prefer for days I haven’t taken it in like I don’t know six days or something but it’s good to rest for a little while can’t have it high all the time just take a break
